All of the Teeter Hang Ups inversion tables we sell are new and factory direct. We do not sell used inversion tables or refurbished inversion tables or damaged inversion tables or cosmetic defect inversion tables.
Very very few inversion tables are returned to our company. Even though we sell to a very high percentage of people suffering with back problems our return rate is less than 1/2 of 1 percent. This is less than one table returned in 200 sold. Most people love their inversion tables and tell us they wish they had purchased an inversion table many years ago. Often when returned the table was never even taken out of the box. The person was advised by their physician not to use the table and they followed this advice. Our policy is to try to ship immediately - usually between 1-2 business days from receipt of order. Orders may ship the same day as received. This is the fastest possible shipping and we make every effort to expedite your order. We ship from several locations throughout the USA and if possible will ship your item from the warehouse closest to you.
Items take from one day to one week from date of shipping to make it to you.
Most items are shipped UPS ground and if we have your e-mail address we will send tracking information and estimated date of arrival if available. We offer an Unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starting from date you receive your item. Unless otherwise indicated the term table will refer to F5000, F7000 and EP550 tables. Use your table for a full 30 days from the date you receive your table to be sure it works for you.
If a table is returned there is an $30.00 service/restocking charge.
If returned buyer is responsible for shipping/handling costs both directions.
If there is a problem with your item it will be taken care of at no cost to you.

Table shipping and handling are assumed to be $50.00.
F9000 table shipping and handling are assumed to be $75.00.
F9000 service/restocking charge is $30.00
